Damages – Please check merchandise carefully upon receipt of your order. All claims concerning damage and or shipping errors must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Should you receive a shipment with obvious damage, refuse the shipment and notify me immediately, please note that should you elect to accept a visibly damaged package, be sure to note "Received Damaged" on the carrier's shipping document. Returns There is a 3-day accept/return viewing for artwork except notecards, there is a 15% restocking fee on returned work. No credit will be issued if items are returned without prior authorization. No credit will be issued if returned items are not received in a resalable condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped via insured U.S. Mail and packed in original shipping container.
